SPICY GARLIC, LEMON AND CORIANDER CHICKEN

UTENSILS:
Large fry pan, wooden spoon.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams to 1kg boneless chicken cut in 1 inch squares
  • 1 whole garlic crushed
  • 2-4 chopped green chilli
  • 1 pack curry masala
  • Yogurt 3 tablespoons
  • Coriander hand full
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Time 20mins

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Marinade chicken in garlic and chopped green chilli for 15 mins. Pour oil in fry pan. Add marinated chicken stir fry 5 mins. Add Honestly Co. Curry Masala 4 to 5 tablespoons and add yoghurt. Keep stir frying adding splashes of water. Add slices tomato and simmer on slow heat for 5 mins. Stir fry chicken for 5 mins. Add coriander and lemon juice.

Best served with boiled rice or naan.
