Recipe of the month – Lady Fingers Curry
This tasty recipe only requires a few ingredients and can be ready in 15 minutes – perfect healthy mid-week recipe when you want something nutritious and delicious but don’t haven much time.
200grams Lady fingers
2-4 tablespoons of Olive oil
Half pack Honestly Co Curry Masala Blend
1 finely Chopped tomato
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
Add cooking oil in pan
Add lady fingers cut to 1 inch size
Sprinkle on Honestly Co Curry Masala Blend
Add splashes of water while stir frying.
When oil begins to separate add remaining water and steam cook for 5-10 mins on low heat.
When lady finger is soft garnish with coriander.
Best served with Naan or Chapatti.
