Potato and Chickpea Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tin Chickpea
  • 1 to 2 boiled potato cut in cubes
  • 100 ml plain yoghurt
  • 2 table spoons Honestly Co Curry Masala
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • Tamarind Juice 150ml
    (Boil a quarter block and strain juice, looks like block of brown tar)
  • 1 small red onion finely sliced
  • 1 chopped in small squares tomato
  • 3 chopped green chilli
  • Chopped coriander
  • Bombay mix savoury
